Our business is grounded in strategic planning and strict accountability. At the beginning of an agency/client relationship, each CCG Asia client signs off on a strategic plan specific to the needs of that company, and subsequently pays a consistent monthly retainer fee agreed upon at the outset of the program. Payment arrangements involving equity are also available.

Then CCG Asia provides each client with a monthly program report detailing the “who, what, when, where and why” of our activities on the client’s behalf and outlining the next month’s planned activities.

This way, IR-related expenses are predictable and manageable for each client. Our Accounting Department ensures that any expenses incurred over and above the monthly retainer are properly approved in advance and spelled out in the billing statement, and stands ready at all times to answer any of our clients’ fee-related questions.
